Medical translation services are increasingly in demand and, at the same time, among the most complicated translation types requiring specific knowledge. Qualified translation of medical and pharmaceutical texts is extremely important since its accuracy and quality costs more than money and may affect the health and lives of people. Not only do translators have to be professional linguists working with medical documents, they also need to be specialists in this particular field. Therefore, Vedi Medical Translation Centre entrusts translation of medical documents only to translators having experience in this field.

We make translations of miscellaneous documents, including civil documents (degree certificates, marriage certificates, powers of attorney, litigation documents, verification letters, etc.).

All translations are made by experienced translators being specialists in the required area and subject to mandatory editing and unification of terminology with due consideration of general and specific requirements of each client.

Notarized translation is a translation of the document bearing seal and signature of the notary public.

Pursuant to the Article 79 of the Law of Ukraine “On Notary”, notarized translation is mandatory in cases when validation of the official documents of individuals and legal entities is required.

There are two ways to notarize the translation:

• Notarization of translator’s signature (translation is stitched to the original document or its photocopy)
• Notarization of photocopy and translator’s signature (translation is stitched to a copy of the document)

Certified (official) translation is provided in cases where, pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Notary”, notarization is not applicable, but its official confirmation is required. Official certification implies setting corporate seal to the text of translation, specifically, round seal of the company, stamp (both in Russian and English) certifying accuracy of the translation and, finally, stamp of the translator who made the translation. Certification of the translation can be applied to any type of translation, no matter whether or not it is a legal document, and such certification does not require an extra payment if the translation is made in our agency.

Multilingual layout

Almost any document can be translated into most languages and then drawn up in the format required.

Layout is a process when translation is being drawn up in such manner as to correspond exactly or most closely to the original document. Most of the documents we receive have the original formatting or even unique design. Depending on our clients’ request, we may draw up translated documents in MS-Word format or retain original format of the document. In most cases, there are no extra pay for this service with the only exception of source documents being non-editable or having unique fonts.

Our agency provides scanning, photocopying and printing services.
