NOTARIZED TRANSLATIONS

Notarized translation is a translation of the document bearing seal and signature of the notary public.

Pursuant to the Article 79 of the Law of Ukraine “On Notary”, notarized translation is mandatory in cases when validation of the official documents of individuals and legal entities is required.

There are two ways to notarize the translation:

• Notarization of translator’s signature (translation is stitched to the original document or its photocopy)
• Notarization of photocopy and translator’s signature (translation is stitched to a copy of the document)
