Candidate Requirements:
- University degree in Philology/Linguistics. A degree in a medical specialty (biomedical / chemical) is a significant advantage.
- Native or near-native fluency in both English and Ukrainian.
- At least 3 years of experience in medical translation.
- Proficiency in essential software (MS Word, Excel, Acrobat Reader, Internet Explorer).
- Capacity to translate at least 5 standard pages per day (proficiency in CAT tools such as Wordfast, Trados, memoQ, etc., is preferred).
- High level of responsibility and strict adherence to deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Written translation of medical texts of any complexity from/into English and Ukrainian, including fields such as pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, medical biology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pharmacology. Working with various formats — from instructions for medical products to scientific articles, monographs, and presentations.
Terms of Cooperation:
Schedule: Full-time or freelance / flexible schedule.
Probationary period: 3 months.
