Translation of medical documents

Translation of personal documents
This service is most often required when relocating to another country or pursuing a job abroad. Attention is focused on the accuracy of transferring personal data (names, dates, addresses) and document details (number, coat of arms, seal, signature). Translation is carried out from the original or notarised copy of the document (such as a passport, birth certificate, education certificate, diploma, etc.). Usually, such a translation is certified by a notary or by the VEDI Medical Translation Centre seal. Such a translation may be affixed with an apostille.

Therefore, the translation of powers of attorney, contracts, court rulings, corporate, and title documents is performed with strict adherence to international linguistic standards and the nuances of national legal systems. Notarized translation
legal force (Article 79 of the Law of Ukraine “On Notaries”). For this, the translator’s signature is notarised (the translation is attached to the original or a copy of the document) or a photocopy and the translator’s signature are notarised (the translation is attached to a copy of the document). VEDI Medical Translation Centre ensures that this happens in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, as quickly as possible and without unnecessary hassle for you.

To ensure your official document is recognized in any country party to the Hague Convention (which includes most countries worldwide), it must be authenticated with an Apostille. We provide a notarized translation of both the document and the Apostille stamp. Once completed, your document can be used abroad without the need for further consular legalization.
